Our growth is made possible because we pride ourselves in serving steaks that are comparable in flavor and tenderness to any white tablecloth restaurant, but at a more affordable price. Our steaks are carefully selected Black Angus Beef and are hand-cut and aged for a minimum of 28 days. Our Ultimate Salad Bar is huge and a favorite to those who come to Cattlemans Roadhouse. Unlike any salad bar in the region offering up fresh daily salad fixins, homemade dressings and presented in such a way that many of our customers have referred to it as a salad buffet. Finally, we have learned in our over 14 years of experience that delivering a great plate of food is important but it must be served by an individual who is friendly and attentive.
